This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. This page explains what little data is involved, and links to the privacy policy for each app.

Scope
This policy covers telcoma.app, the website. Each app we publish has its own privacy policy describing what that app does inside your Jira, Confluence, monday.com, Shopify, Zendesk or Google account — they are linked at the bottom of this page and from the security page.

What the website collects
Nothing that identifies you. There is no analytics script, no cookie of any kind, no local storage, no fingerprinting, no advertising or social network embed, and no contact form.
The site is a set of static pages. Our hosting provider processes standard technical request data — IP address, time, the page requested, and the browser's user-agent string — to deliver pages and protect against attacks. We do not aggregate it, build profiles from it, or use it to identify visitors.

Fonts
Page typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives the technical data that any web request carries, and states that Google Fonts does not set cookies or use the request for advertising. No other third party is contacted by any page on this site.

If you email us
Your message, your address, and anything you choose to include reach our support mailbox, hosted by our email provider. We use them to answer you and to keep a record of support history, which is how we avoid asking you the same question twice.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering correspondence, or the performance of a contract if you are a customer.
- Retention: support correspondence is kept for up to three years, then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
- We never sell, rent or share your address, and we do not add you to any mailing list. If you ask to be told when an app is released, we email you that once and then delete the note.

Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to our processing it, or ask for a copy. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one business day and act within thirty. If you are in the UK or EEA and you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Children
This website is aimed at people administering business software. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any data about them.

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. We do not make changes retroactively, and a change that affects what is collected will be obvious from this page rather than buried in it.
