What counts
What counts as activity
The app looks at what people create and edit, because that is what a Confluence licence is for.
Created or edited, including edits to pages other people own.
Page comments and inline comments anywhere on the site.
Attachments uploaded to pages or blog posts.
Confluence doesn't let apps see page views, so people who only read will be listed.
Accuracy and safety
Checked in full, with nothing to set up
A quick scan clears most active users. Everyone else is checked against all content, including the edit history of other people's pages.
The licensed-user count matches Atlassian Administration. Deactivated accounts and guests are left out.
No API key, no token, no settings page. Install it and run it.
The app has no write permission, so it can't remove anyone's access or change a page. It runs on Atlassian Forge.
