Terms of service
These terms cover this website and the apps we publish, except where a marketplace's own agreement or an app's own terms apply instead.

Who we are, and what these terms cover
"We", "us" and "TELCOMA Global" mean TELCOMA Technologies Private Limited, trading as TELCOMA Global, registered in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. These terms apply to your use of telcoma.app and to our apps, unless that app has its own terms — in which case those take precedence for that app. Where you install an app from a marketplace, that marketplace's agreement with you also applies, and where it conflicts with these terms for billing, refunds or distribution, the marketplace's terms win.

Your licence to use the apps
While your subscription is active and paid, you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app within the account it was installed in, for your own business. You may not resell it, rent it out, reverse engineer it beyond what the law permits, or use it to build a competing product.

Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for having the authority to install an app in your organisation's account, and for the permissions you grant it.
- You are responsible for the decisions you take using our output. Our reporting apps tell you what they found; deactivating a user, adjusting stock or deleting a ticket remains your decision and your action.
- You will not use an app unlawfully, or in a way that breaches the underlying platform's terms.

Billing
Apps installed from a marketplace are billed by that marketplace — Atlassian, Shopify, monday.com or Google — under their terms, on your existing invoice with them, and cancelled by uninstalling or by cancelling in that marketplace. Where we invoice you directly, payment is due within fifteen days of the invoice date. Free trials convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before they end; the marketplace tells you when, and so does the app.

Support
Support is included with every paid subscription, by email at [email protected]. Our response and resolution targets are published on the support SLA page and form part of these terms.

Availability and platform dependence
Our apps run on platforms we do not control. When Jira, Confluence, monday.com, Shopify, Zendesk or Google is unavailable or changes an API, an app may be degraded or interrupted through no act of ours. We will fix what is ours to fix, promptly, and tell you what is not.

Your data
Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide the app, as described in that app's privacy policy, and never to train any model or to sell to anyone. Exports are in open formats so that leaving is always possible. We will sign a data processing agreement on request.

Warranty and liability
We provide the apps with reasonable skill and care, and we will correct defects you report. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the apps are provided as they are, without other warranties.
Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us for that app in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination
You may stop at any time by uninstalling the app or cancelling in the marketplace. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached, or if a platform requires it — and if we ever discontinue an app, we will give you reasonable notice and help you get your data out.

The website itself
The content of this website is ours, and is provided for information. Product names and trademarks of Atlassian, monday.com, Shopify, Zendesk and Google belong to those companies; we name them to say which platform an app works with, and our apps are not endorsed by or affiliated with them unless the marketplace listing says otherwise.

Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date above tells you which version applies, and material changes will be announced in the relevant app's release notes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab have jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
